Position Summary:

The Bowen Group is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our pipeline team. You will identify relevant talent from social media and resume databases. Talent Sourcer's responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

We'd like to meet you if you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media, and enjoy learning about different roles. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill vacancies with qualified employees.

This position will support all GTSC companies. This is a subcontractor position.

Core Functions:

Source, recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with team members to understand skills and competencies for required openings.
Manage and edit job postings.
Maintain a daily presence on social media. Schedule job postings on social media channels. Interact with potential candidates on social media.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies to identify talent flow trends, candidate availability, and new outreach channels.
Develop and maintain talent and pipeline management processes.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in recruiting talent management, and OFCCP compliance.
Suggest changes to recruiting team SOPs and guides for recruiting processes.

Work Experience:

2+ years of recruiting or HR management experience.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience with ATS and CRM systems.
Working knowledge of employment/labor laws with regard to recruiting, interviewing and selection.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
